We are looking for full-time Hospice RNs to cover the Richland area. The registered nurse plans, organizes, and directs hospice care services and is experienced in nursing, emphasizing community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the community's resources to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.Reports To: Clinical Supervisor or Administrator
The Hospice Nurse - RN (Registered Nurse) utilizes the Case Management Recipe to facilitate comprehensive nursing assessment, planning, and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families following the interdisciplinary plan of care and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
RN (Registered Nurse) license in state(s) practicing.
Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
All direct patient care in the state.
Previous experience in hospice, home health, or patient population specific (i.e., geriatrics, end-of-life care, etc.) nursing.
Must have a reliable automobile, a valid driver’s license, and the minimum state-required liability auto insurance.
