Description Aug- Ongoing Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-430); FT availability preferred Worksite Setting: Outpatient Scope of Work: Evaluate and manage patients undergoing radiation therapy, new patient consults, develop and oversee radiation treatment, follow up care and survivorship planning for post treatment Procedures not required Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL license required, IMLC not accepted, BC, DEA, CSR, ACLS, min 1 year experience required EMR: Epic * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
