Description Locum Opportunity for Nurse Practitioner (Geriatric Medicine) in Pennsylvania Are you a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Geriatric Medicine? We have an outstanding locum tenens opportunity for you! Join the team located near PHILADELPHIA, PA. Job Details: Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 4:30p Weekend Requirements: On Call - Required for after hours and weekend coverage (currently two weekdays per month and one weekend per quarter) Mandated Job Requirements: ANCC/AANP Board Certified Active PA license 5-7 years of NP experience, preferably in long-term care, and a minimum of 1 year working with the frail or elderly population BLS CDS Certification DEA Registration Clean/Clear malpractice (Highly Preferred) EMR TruChart experience (Highly Preferred) Requirements: Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority required 5-7 years of NP experience required, preferably in long-term care, and a minimum of one (1) year working with the frail or elderly population (no new grads) This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a program dedicated to the well-being of older adults.
