Locum Tenens CRNA Opportunities located near FRUITLAND, ID

Are you a skilled CRNA seeking an engaging locum tenens opportunity? We have multiple openings available for immediate start after credentialing.

Assignment Details:

• Schedule: 5 days a week, with some flexibility for 4-day shifts on occasion.


• Call Requirements: Weeknight and weekend call with specific details provided below.
  
  
  
  • Weeknight Call: 1900-0700, subsequent to a scheduled shift.
  
  
  • Weekend Call: 0700-0700 Saturday or Sunday.
  
  
  
  


• Case Mix: Level II Trauma cases (mostly), excluding OB, Burns, CV, Transplant, and Regional Blocks. Only spinal blocks, no regional anesthesia.


• Operating Rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus additional specialized units.


• EMR: EPIC


• Patient Demographics: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric, with the majority being over 12 years old.

Credentialing Process:

• DEA and CSR Required


• Credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days.

Required Documentation for Credentialing:

• MD diploma


• Internship/residency/fellowship certificates


• All medical licenses


• DEA


• Board Certification


• BLS Certification


• Certificates of insurance (current and previous)


• Driver’s license


• Professional color photo/headshot


• CMEs for the past 2 years


• Immunization records (TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID)


• References


• Case logs
