Length of Need: 5 Months

Average time to Credential: 60-90days

Temp Privileges: Yes with clean file no mal/no background

Types of Cases: General, Ortho, OB, Spine, Neuro, Urology, Robotic Surgery Thoracic
OB not required but preferred eral, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Robotic

Average Monthly Case: 600

OB Delivery Average/Month: 225

# of Operating Rooms: 15

Shifts Days: Monday - Friday (5 days per week)

Shift Times: 7a-3p; 7a-5p; 7a-7p

EMR: Epic

MD in house call 3x/month; backup 3 a month
