Optometrist Coastal Massachusetts Position Highlights: - Flexible schedule with option to work 2–5 days per week
- No weekend patient care responsibilities
- Sustainable patient volume (typically 20–25 patients per day)

- Only full-time, year-round eyecare provider in the community
- Strong 70% medical / 30% optical services mix

- No participation in managed care plans, allowing for enhanced reimbursement and efficiency
- Exposure to a wide range of medical optometry cases including glaucoma and dry eye
- Strong referral coordination with off-site ophthalmology specialists for surgical care

- Experienced and stable team including: 2 Opticians, 2 Ophthalmic Technicians, and 5 Support Staff

Compensation & Benefits: - Base salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (BOE)
- $175,000 – $225,000 for residency-trained candidates
- Strong revenue upside with $400K–$500K additional annual production opportunity

Qualifications: - Doctor of Optometry (OD) required
