All MD staffing model, no CRNA supervision

Pediatric dental anesthesia cases

Site Details

Surgery center setting in the Pacific Northwest

Approximately 10 cases per day

Temp privileges may be available in 48 hours for a clean file

Required Qualifications

Active state license

Clean background

Experience with pediatric dental anesthesia

Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided)

Clean file required for expedited credentialing

Required credentialing documents as requested by the client team
