The NP will deliver primary and preventive healthcare services, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the medical, social, and emotional needs of patients. The NP will also engage in health promotion, patient education, and disease prevention activities to improve overall community health outcomes.
