    • Min 2 weeks per month of availability required to be considered

      •     
    • Pager Call: 1:3

      •   

      

    •   
  • Worksite Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient 

    •   
  • Scope of Work: 
      

          
    • Avg 15 patients/day outpatient

      •     
    • New patients: 2 patients/day

      •     
    • 60m new patient / 30m follow up

      •     
    • APP supervision

      •     
    • Avg admissions on call: 2.5 inpatient per day

      •   

      

    •   
  • EMR: Epic
