General Surgery Opportunity in Central IL

• Hospital is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible General Surgeon


• Join four surgeons and two APPs.
  


• They prefer the new person to have a little experience since 2 of the 4 current surgeons are new grads.


• Clinic located in the hospital building for easy access to surgery department and floor consults.
  


• Can consider someone wanting bariatric, breast, vascular so long as they also participate in general call.
  


• 1:4 call


• $525,000 + bonus based on RVU production


• $75,000 sign-on bonus


• $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)


• Quality bonus adds up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary)
