  • Specialty:
        
    • Medical Oncologist (Hematology Oncology) 
      
  • Coverage Needs:
        
    • ASAP - Ongoing   
    • Monday - Friday ON SITE
      
  • Shifts: 
        
    • 8am - 430pm   
    • Full time coverage need 
      
  • Support Staff: 
        
    • Medical Assistants in practice
      
  • Census:
        
    • On average 12 patients/day  
    • 30-minute follow ups, 60 min consults
      
  • Procedures: 
        
    • Mostly Hematology but may need to see solid tumors  
    • No surgeries or procedures required
      
  • EMR: 
        
    • Epic/Dragon
      
  • Board Certification: 
        
    • Board Certified in both HEM and ONC
      
  • Travel: 
        
    • Hospital will cover
      
  • Credentialing timeline:
        
    • 30-60 days 
      
  • Requirements:
        
    • BLS  
    • MI State License or IMLC  
    • MI DEA or willing to transfer
