Primary Care Opportunity in Las Vegas, NV - 1st year compensation over $300,000

Position Overview:
Join a forward-thinking, value-based care organization focused on delivering exceptional preventive primary care for adults 65+. This model empowers physicians to build meaningful patient relationships, spend more time with each individual, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced, without RVU pressure.
Compensation & Incentives: - Total 1st Year Compensation: $300,000+ (higher with experience & performance)
- Commencement Bonus: $50,000-$100,000+
- Annual Performance Bonus: 20% of base salary
- Full Benefits on Day 1
- Malpractice: Occurrence-based coverage
- Relocation Assistance
Role Highlights: - Patient Population: Adults 65+ (majority Medicare Advantage, chronic disease & preventive care focus)
- Census: 12-15 patients per day
- Visit Length: 20-40 minutes per visit
