12 hour shifts on weekdays (8a-8p) or 10 hour shifts on weekends (8a-6p)

Outpatient Only

No Call

EMR: Epic

Physician must be BE or BC

Must have active MD license or IMLC

Required Certification: ACLS, BLS

3 PA/NP's, 3 MA's, 4 office staff

Hospital covers the cost of travel, lodging and malpractice insurance
