Description Outpatient Primary Care – Multiple Locations Across the State of New York We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Family Medicine Physician to join our mission-minded and expanding network of Federally Qualified Health Centers. We pride ourselves on a team-based approach and are seeking a provider with an understanding of diverse patient populations ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
