Description Pay is 2K a shift-so 182.5 shifts is 365k base plus RVU and Quality bonuses (I would say an additional 20-25K). Plainview Covenant is the hospital but I prefer to not give that info out because they can easily find out who the group is They will not consider locums or PRN – this is a permanent position. As far as a proctorship, I don’t know. We will have to ask the Director on this one because their Hospitalist Director/Lead is out on maternity leave so that may take a day or two to get an answer. As far as census 18-20 patients per day. They are so solo during the day but if they are surging they can always bring another physician from another location.
