Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

Specialty: ABEM

Work Setting: ED Room at 12-bed Hospital in Alaska

Schedule: 12-hour shifts

Patient Volume: 10-20 patients per 24 hours

Trauma Level: Level IV

Credentialing: Managed by the site

Requirements:
· Licensure: Any State License and Active DEA
· Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
· Life Support Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS

Skills

No minimum. Ideally 2 years of ER experience or graduation from a residency program that trains physicians to work in remote settings.
