Description • Specialty: o Physical Therapy • Coverage Needs: o ASAP – Ongoing • Shifts: o Monday - Friday 8a – 5p o Call rotation • Call: o Yes • Support Staff: o Full support staff, three other PT’s • Board Certification: o Board Certified or Board Eligible • Setting o Brean and Butter Physical Therapy o Patient assessment and Treatment planning o Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, modalities, and exercises to promote recovery and improve patient function o Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements o Clinical setting during day o On call includes consults on the hospital side, well rounding • Travel: o Hospital will cover • Credentialing timeline: o 14-21 days • Requirements: o Active AL license o Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
