Overview:
A hospital and clinic-based cardiology opportunity is available for a physician to provide a mix of inpatient consults, call coverage, and outpatient clinic services. This role includes non-invasive cardiology procedures in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Compensation:

$400/hr

Start: August 3, 2026
Ongoing coverage

Schedule:

One week of hospital call: Monday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM
One week of clinic coverage: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities

Practice Details:

Setting: Hospital and clinic
EMR: Epic
Community hospital with outpatient cardiology practice
Medical assistant support staff available

Patient Volume:

Hospital: ~20 patients per day
Clinic: ~18 patients per day

Responsibilities:

Hospital consults and inpatient cardiology coverage
Outpatient cardiology clinic
Perform and interpret:
TEEs
Echocardiograms
Nuclear cardiology testing
Participate in call coverage
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

Requirements:

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology – Required
Active Pennsylvania License – Required
DEA – Required

Credentialing:

Estimated timeframe: ~120 days
Temporary privileges available with clean file"
