Description

We are working with a Family Practice physician located in Rancho Cucamonga that needs vacation coverage in July and additional coverage in August. Details below:
Dates: July 13 – July 23, 2021
     August 9 – August 31, 2021 (3-5 days per week)
Hours: Mon-Thurs: 9:00am – 5:00pm w/1 hour lunch
     Fri: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Solo, outpatient
Complete support staff
Patient Volume: 4 per hour; scheduled and walk-ins
75% adult; 20% geriatric, 5% pediatric population
Charting: Paper OR EMR – Prime Clinical

Patient Services
Diabetes, colds/flu, sick visits, HBP, asthma/sinus, COPD, physicals, immunizations, some suturing, GYN, respiratory infections, EKG, dermatology/skin care.

Locums, Inc. will provide your medical malpractice coverage and hourly compensation
