10 Anesthetizing locations (including OB), 199 beds
Annual case volume of 8,700
Case mix: General Surgery, ENT, Orthopedic, Bariatric, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Plastics, Pediatric Dental, Podiatry, Cardiac (80 cases/year), GI
Docs perform their own cases.
Credentialing takes 45 days.
Credentials: Board Certified, NM license, DEA
