What You’ll Do:


  • Provide comprehensive dental care to diverse patient populations, including children and adults

  • Perform examinations, fillings, endodontic procedures, and other treatments

  • Collaborate with a supportive team of dental assistants, hygienists, and front desk staff

  • Maintain accurate patient records using Denticon and Planet DDS EMR systems

  • Work a flexible schedule, primarily Tuesday through Sunday, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM based on your preference



Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Active IA dental license or willingness to obtain it

  • Enrollment with Medicaid or willingness to enroll

  • Comfort seeing patients of all ages, including young children

  • Strong clinical skills in general dentistry procedures

  • Excellent communication and patient care skills

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Experience with endodontic procedures

  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

  • Familiarity with Denticon and Planet DDS EMR systems



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Dental degree from an accredited institution

  • Prior practical experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!



Other Requirements:


  • Must be local to the area, available to start ASAP

  • Willingness to see all age groups, including young children

  • Participation in ongoing professional development and compliance with state and federal regulations



This position offers a highly competitive hourly rate of $114.57, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, generous referral bonuses, and support for licensure, certification, travel, and other expenses as applicable.
