Required Skills:
- Active CRNA license and certification in Michigan
- Proven experience administering anesthesia in surgical settings
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques including spinal and local infiltration
- Excellent patient monitoring, ventilation management, and airway skills
- Proficiency with Epic EMR and documentation standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
- Exceptional attention to safety protocols and hospital policies
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with neurosurgical procedures and spinal anesthesia
- Knowledge of trauma and emergency anesthesia management
- Prior experience working in hospital-based surgical environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- At least 2 years of recent anesthesia practice in a hospital setting
- Familiarity with Level II trauma centers and high-volume surgical cases
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work 32-40 hours per week, primarily weekdays, with no on-call duties
- Flexibility to rotate among multiple operating rooms based on departmental needs
- Willingness to undergo credentialing process (estimated 90-120 days) and manage related documentation
- Ability to operate within a team-oriented, fast-paced hospital environment
