For NP's Board Cert - ANCC, or AANP or NCC Certified - Required
Active CO License - Highly Preferred
Active DEA - Required for credentialing
Candidates must be available for the dates detailed in the job description - Required

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

July 23, 26-27, 30
Aug 2, 6, 10, 13, 20, 27
Sept 1, 10, 13-14, 17, 24, 27, 28
7a-5p with one hour unpaid lunch + night call - 5p-7a (2.5 gratis)
Required Procedures: Pelvic exams, pap smears, simple biopsies, Surgical Assist, Consults in E.D, & other duties as assigned.
