- Work Dates Needed: Sep 28-Dec 18 2026
- Preferred Schedule: Mon - Fri (8a-430p)
- FT preferred / Min 5 consecutive shifts per month to be considered
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work:
- Avg 12ppd
- General cardiology in outpatient setting, some inpatient consults
- 3 APPs, 3 CDIN, 1 CDEP
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active OH license required, BC,
- EMR: Epic
- Pay Rate Preferred: $120/HR
