- Year 1: $400,000"$500,000 based on experience, plusa production bonus
- Year 2: transitions to a productivity-based compensation model

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Dermatology
- Eligible for Oregon medical license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
