Description Dr. retired in December – an associate is covering a few days per week but they need someone full time. - Affiliated Urgent Care is located across the street. - CME is $1000. - As of right now there is not a partnership track but can be open to one in future. - Schedule is Mon-Fri with hours from 9-5 and 9-7 on some days ( exact schedule would be worked out). - Weekends- on rotation 1 Saturday per month 9-3 and 1 Sunday per month 9-2. - Patient volume is approx. 20-25 per day. - Call is every other week – Phone call only. * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
