Description Permanent Family Medicine w/OB Needed in Indiana Location – Northeast Indiana Practice Type - Outpatient Clinic Start Date – ASAP We have an immediate need for a Permanent Family Medicine w/OB physician for a clinic located in Northeast Indiana.
