Facility Overview and Requirements
* M-F (8AM-5PM) with shared call (flexible with call schedule)
* BC/BE
* Average 7 - 10 surgeries per month
* EMR - ECW / McKesson
* Credentaling Timeframe - 60 days
* Relocation and SOB offered
