• Setting: Outpatient
• Schedule: Days, M-F
• No Call Required
• MD or DO FP/IM – BC/BE
• EMR: Allscript
• Must see all ages
• Prefer Current OH Licensed
• Providers
• Avg PPD: 20-25
• Salary Range: $225K+ RVU
• Credentialing Time Frame: 60-
• 90 Days
• No Visa Applicants
