Description Catapult Healthcare is partnered with a Health System in Connecticut that is in need of a permanent Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to join their team. • M-F / 8-5 • Salary: $90k+ DOE • No Call; No Weekend; No Holiday • Current CT licensed • Average patients per day = 20-25 • EMR/EHR experience is preferred. • EMR = Sage • Will report to CMO • Credentialing time frame: 2 weeks - 30 days • NEW GRADS CONSIDERED • No visa candidates • Relocation Assistance available • Full Benefit package **Please apply for additional details**
