Catapult Healthcare has partnered with a health system in Albuquerque, NM and has an immediate need for an NP/PA-Breast Surgery. This provider will work in a clinic setting as well as in the OR depending on rotation, seeing basic breast care cases including mastectomies, incisions and grafting. This provider will be in clinic setting 3 days per week and in the OR 2 days per week. During surgeries, candidate will assist in all aspects including handing instruments to physician. While in clinic, duties are to include pre-/post-operation consultations. Our client is willing to TRAIN a motivated and willing-to-learn licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant that is interested in getting into this scope of surgery.

Additional Details:

   Working in the Women's Hospital
   Limited call 1:3 rotation shared
   All call work is done over the phone
   Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (clinic) and 7am-3pm (OR) depending on rotation
   Position is open due to current NP/PA relocating out of the area
   Compensation: In the 85th percentile of MGMA rates, generous signing bonus, & relocation bonus offered
   Fantastic training program

Requirements:

   Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
   Must have at least 3 years of experience as an NP/PA (does not have to be experience within the breast surgery field, as our client is willing to train)
