Description Position Requirements: • Opportunity to join a supportive environment designed to guide your success • Must be motivated, engaged and committed to providing high quality care and be operationally driven to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency • Willingness to work and live in rural, small community setting; and actively engage with community • Consults during the office days No call – No nights – No weekends Offer Package Outline: • Hospital Employed • Starting Salary: $450,000 base, plus wRVU Production Incentive once physician meets MGMA median threshold • PTO – 30 PTO days (includes vacation, personal, & sick) plus 7 holidays and 3 CME • Sign-on Bonus: $25,000 • Paid Relocation up to $10,000 • Annual CME allowance up to $3,000 • Malpractice Insurance • Health Insurance: 85 percent paid for individual, family coverage available at additional cost • Dental Insurance: Fully paid individual policy, family coverage available at additional cost • Life Insurance: Amount equal to one-times earnings up to a limit of $150,000 (additional coverage available at employee’s expense) • Eligibility to participate in the Medical Center’s 403(b) and 457(b) plans • Short and Long Term Disability Insurance If you would like to learn more about this opportunity reach out to me at: Van Allen
