The position is at a 700-bed hospital with a Level 1 trauma center, requiring night shifts from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., following a 7-on, 7-off schedule. Responsibilities include floor and ICU coverage, necessitating a background in cardiac and thoracic surgery, as well as handling patient calls, nurse calls, and consults during the night. Temporary privileges are available for credentialing.
