****Please note that a full and thorough background check will be conducted.**** Seeking San Antonio RNs to cover morning and overnight shifts in a Private Residence. Warm, friendly environment with a bustling household staff. MANDATORY
5 years "on the floor” experience
Willingness without reservation to work overnights exclusively
Physically capable of assisting patient as needed. PREFERRED
Experience working with elderly and/or memory care.
Experience with wound care.
Experience working overnight shifts. BROAD DUTIES
Assisting with care needs that might arise during the evening (frequent visits to the bathroom, hydration assistance, occasional medications, etc.)
Evaluation of patient history.
Performance of nursing assessments.
Ongoing communication and collaboration with patient’s PA.
Close collaboration with patient’s domestic support team. TYPICAL DAY
Checking in with patient’s support team.
Review of daily nutrition intake (fluids and food) and other daily updates.
Standing by for any assistance patient may need.
Preparation of reports summarizing patient stats and any recommendations. IDEAL CANDIDATE
Personable, thoughtful, positive, bright, discreet.
Knows how to “read the room” and is adept at reading cues and adapting tone and style to match patient’s tone and style. POSITION LOCATION
