Exciting opportunity for a full time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) opportunity in Eastern CT!

Position Summary:

• Psych NP- Must be Psych certified (PMHNP)

• M-F /Day Time Hours 

• No Call; No Weekend; No Holiday

• Current CT licensed or ability to obtain

• Average patients per day = 12 – 18

• Will only see outpatient Behavioral Health patients

• EMR = Sage

• Will report to Chief BH Officer

This position is with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Family Health Center. The company provides a full continuum of primary health care, oral health care, behavioral health care and case management and support services for people of all ages throughout the region.
