Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant – Full-Time

Location: Sarasota, FL

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:45 am to 5:00 pm (Full-Time)

Pay: $25/hr – $35/hr (Non-Exempt)

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Sarasota, FL. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in an outpatient setting, supporting physical therapists and providing patient care. New graduates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in providing treatments to patients, including therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Monitor patients' progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist
• Educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and manage conditions
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care in accordance with facility protocols
• Maintain and clean equipment as needed

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Florida
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
