Pay for 36 hrs:
Weekly Gross--------------- $3,193.00
Weekly Taxable-------------$1,800.00
Weekly Non-Taxable----- $1,393.00
Hourly Taxable Upto 40---$50.00
Hourly Non-Tax-------------$38.69
Overtime after 40----------$75.00

Requirements:
• Shift: 3x12HR NOC (18:30 - 07:00) - EOW is required, the alternating weeks will be M-TH (3 shifts at random, manager will try to provide up front for traveler to make this more of a blocked schedule for them).
• Required Experience: Level II Hospital setting supporting OP, IR, ER, IP - this is a busy department
• Epic experience required
• Required Certs: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced, WA License
