Pay for 36 hrs:
Weekly Gross-------------------------------------------$2,840.00

Weekly Non- Taxable-----------------------------------$2,000.00
Hourly Taxable Upto 8 Hours a day--------------------$20.00
Hourly Taxable after 8 Hrs to 12 Hrs in a work day----$30.00
Double Time after 12 Hours in a work day-------------$40.00
Hourly Non Tax  ------------------------------------------$55.56
Overtime after 40----------------------------------------$30.00

Requirements:
- BLS (AHA)
- CA OT Licensure
- 1-2 years of experience in acute care
- Experience needed in med-surg, oncology, organ transplant, telemetry, neuro, advanced heart failure, etc.

Job Description: Acute care occupational therapy for adult and geriatric patients with additional services provided for ED triage and PACU.

Shift: 3 x 12 Sat-Mon Days 0730-2030, no on call requirement
