Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Proven experience working with confidential information
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, time management, and delegation skills
- Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in a specialized clinical area (e.g., Perioperative Nursing)
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Additional certifications relevant to surgical or perioperative care
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Education: RN Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Experience: Prior OR nursing experience and familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration are highly valued
Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds occasionally and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and infectious materials
- Compliance with all safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards
- Must hold or obtain any additional certifications or licenses required for surgical nursing practice
- Flexibility to work day shift, 8-hour hours, starting from 05/18/2026
