State License - REQUIREDSchedule:
Wed, Thurs, Fri every week & occasional weekend call (between every 4th and every 7th weekend, flexible)
Day shift 7a-5p
Night call 5p-7a (low call census, and almost no callback) Required Procedures:
Inpatient settings - Sub-acute (Rehab facility)
