Join a rapidly growing healthcare organization committed to revolutionizing senior care through a Medicare Advantage Value-Based model. Medix is seeking a Nurse Practitioner clinician to provide high-quality care in a modern, retail-style clinic setting rather than a traditional medical plaza.

This role offers the unique opportunity to spend up to 45 minutes with each patient, ensuring that complex geriatric needs are met without the rush of a traditional office. You will serve as a primary clinician for the senior population, handling non-complex cases and collaborating closely with a physician partner to drive optimal patient outcomes.

Skills

We are looking for Nurse Practitioners with 2–3 years of experience, particularly within Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics. Candidates must have a strong emphasis on geriatric care or previous exposure to Value-Based Care (VBC) and Managed Care environments. A "Family" NP certification is required for this role. Proficiency in eClinical Works is a plus, and a bilingual background is highly preferred but not required. Candidates must possess an active BLS/ACLS and a valid state license.
