Description - 275K base PLUS Productivity bonus based on RVUS and experience - BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Preferred start date of August 2026 - See patients in the SNF setting - Full-time permanent - Monday thru Friday 40-hour schedule. - No weekends - No nights - No phone call - NP will take call - To see 25 patients per day - RVU bonus above 25 patients - each additional patient is paid based on the RVU-based payment model.
