This full-time position (40 hours) offers a highly desirable hybrid schedule combining onsite care with telehealth services. Spend 2 days/week in the office and work 2 days/week remotely – with Fridays off. Provide meaningful, patient-centered psychiatric care in a collaborative, team-based environment focused on long-term outcomes.

Position Highlights
•  Outpatient behavioral health role in an established FQHC setting
•  Hybrid schedule with approximately 20 hours onsite and 20 hours telehealth
•  4-day work week (Monday through Thursday), Fridays off
•  Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management
•  Collaborate closely with primary care providers and behavioral health clinicians
