Join Our Team as a Skilled MS/Tele Registered Nurse – Night Shift (19:00 - 07:30)

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at the renowned 19 James Medical Surgical Oncology unit. What You’ll Need to Succeed:


  • Minimum of 2 years RN experience, with a strong background in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing.

  • Valid BCLS certification.

  • Proficiency in interpreting dysrhythmias, managing arterial lines, PICC lines, and central lines.

  • Experience with blood product administration, port access, and IV starts.

  • Ability to assist with chest tubes, manage high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC), and interpret ABGs.

  • Skills in using GE telemetry monitors, bladder scanners, Alaris pumps, and Stryker beds.

  • Flexibility to float within units of similar or lower acuity levels.

  • Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred.

  • EPIC electronic medical records experience required.



Additional Valuable Skills:


  • Oncology experience (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Familiarity with infection prevention protocols and patient safety measures.

  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills to provide excellent symptom management and comorbidity care.



Preferred Education & Experience:


  • Valid RN license.

  • At least 2 years of clinical experience, especially in a fast-paced hospital setting.

  • Experience with EPIC EMR.



Other Requirements:


  • Ability to work the night shift (19:00 - 07:30) on a 3x12-hour schedule.

  • Willingness to work in an environment focused on continual learning and excellence in patient care.

  • Compliance with all licensure, certification, and travel reimbursement policies.
