Required Skills:


  • Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU or Med-Surg experience

  • BCLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory

  • Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and conscious sedation

  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills

  • Experience with EPIC EMR system is preferred



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Experience working in a cardiac unit

  • Ability to float seamlessly between units of similar or lower acuity

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Current RN license in good standing

  • Previous experience in a cardiac or progressive care setting within the last 2 years



Other Requirements:


  • Availability to work rotating 12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:30) and occasional weekend and holiday shifts

  • Willingness to float to different units within the organization as needed

  • Valid licensure and certifications required; travel and licensure reimbursements available where applicable
