Description Pediatrica of Gainesville <ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: M-F</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>New Graduates</li> <li>Average Patients seen: 20-24</li> <li>Call Schedule: Call is shared regionally and very limited. Outpatient only. INTEGRAL PROVIDER SUPPORT: Providers offer care with a fee-for-service-based healthcare model, minimizing high patient volumes, so they focus on their primary objective: providing top-tier pediatric care. -Each site has a team-based model with MDs, NPs, RNs, and MAs supporting each provider. -EMR: eCW( E-clinical works) YOUR VOICE MATTERS: As a newly-founded health group, physicians are coming in to help shape and offer consultation, with lots of opportunity for growth. LIMITED CALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Work-life balance is pivotal. Call is first triaged by pediatric RNs, then, shared regionally amongst providers. On average, call may occur 4-6 weeks throughout the year, and is outpatient, phone call only. Accepting tenured and new graduate physicians.
