A FQHC is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facilities are located around Washington.
This position is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch (no option for 4x10s but part-time is acceptable). There is no call or weekend coverage. The case load for APPs is up to 18 patients daily, with a patient population of children aged 0-21. The EMR system is EPIC. No specific certifications are required, but 2 years of experience in Family Medicine or Pediatrics is needed. Credentialing takes 2-4 weeks, depending on references. Additional requirements include no malpractice history, experience working with marginalized populations, and COVID vaccination (legitimate exemptions may be considered).
