Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Experience: Open to both new graduates and experienced practitioners. Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Patient Population: Adults 18 and above, providing comprehensive medical care.

Robust Benefits:

Salary Range: $104,040 - $132,474

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000

In this Role:

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Prime Care department of our facility in Central New York, you will join an established group of physicians and advanced practice clinicians, providing comprehensive medical care for patients 18 and above. You will work in an outpatient setting with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, utilizing a fully integrated EPIC EMR system. The role includes orientation time to ramp up to a maximum of 8 patients per 4-hour session, 9 sessions per week, with protected administrative time on Wednesday mornings. You will benefit from dedicated nursing and administrative staff, and while on-call opportunities are available, they are not required.
