Join Our Team as a Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Postpartum Registered Nurse!

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional support to new families during one of the most special times of their lives. What You’ll Bring:


  • Minimum of 2 years of postpartum nursing experience, with proficiency in IV start skills and labor & delivery (L&D)

  • Current BLS certification

  • Strong IV insertion and patient care skills

  • EPIC electronic health record experience

  • Ability to float to similar acuity units as required



Nice to Have:


  • Previous travel nursing experience

  • Additional certifications or skills in neonatal care or breastfeeding support



Preferred Education & Experience:


  • Valid RN license in good standing

  • Extensive postpartum and mother-baby care background

  • Proven adaptability in travel nursing environments



Other Requirements:


  • Reliable transportation—various parking options available, including guaranteed nearby parking (WMC Permit), shuttle-assisted (CXS Permit), or affordable local lots (WB Permit)

  • Willingness to work night shifts, 12 hours per shift, scheduled three nights a week (19:00 - 07:30)

  • Ability to operate in a floating capacity to accommodate unit needs
