A leading healthcare provider in Palm Springs is seeking a Manager of Radiation Therapy to oversee operations and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in the Radiation Oncology department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate radiation therapy staff while ensuring compliance with EMC policies and regulatory standards.

• Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment focused on retention, diversity, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.

• Maintain survey-readiness and implement process improvements to enhance quality and satisfaction.

• Monitor treatment schedules, documentation accuracy, and clinical workflows to minimize delays and support optimal patient outcomes.

• Address patient and staff concerns with professionalism and effective service recovery.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a radiation therapy setting.
